Hyde Park Preservation’s commitment to our neighborhood has never wavered….and you can be part of this commitment by becoming a member. Your annual dues ensure the ongoing success of the many programs that HPPI has in place, as well as investment in future projects. 

Here are just some of the features and benefits of becoming a member:

Neighborhood Preservation - HPPI is a liaison for our historic neighborhood with the ARC, Zoning, City of Tampa and projects that impact our area. This ensures preservation of our special enclave in a rapidly growing city. 

Social & Family Events - Adult and family events throughout the year encourage neighborhood fellowship. These include our Fall Social, Holiday Party and carriage rides, Spring Barbeque Block Party, Annual Meeting and School’s Out party for the kids in May. 

Community Beautification - Special streets deserve special touches. Your support equals historic street signs and lamp posts, holiday lamp post decorations, our community Alley Clean-up day, the Treescape project, Gasparilla maintenance and so much more!

Parks and Greenspace - HPPI investment in Kate Jackson Park renovations and support of the Swann and Albany underpass, among other projects, keeps our gateways and play areas updated, safe and attractive. 

Hyde Park Village - HPPI’s ongoing interaction with Hyde Park Village management means that our members enjoy VIP features, deals, and select discounts in one of the top shopping streets in the Bay Area. 

Membership per household is $250/year, $500 for our Gold level supporters and $200 for Senior members.
